Big Hart House White
This is a nearly dry and fruity Chablis style wine. The Chablis region is the northernmost wine district of the Burgundy region in France. The cool climate of this region produces wines with more acidity and flavors less fruity than Chardonnay wines grown in warmer climates. This particular blend is a great everyday wine designed to compliment a variety of foods. The melon and tropical fruit character make this wine a perfect companion for cheese and fish.

Big Hart Moscato
A lightly sweet white wine with pronounced floral aromas and apparent citrus and pitted fruit qualities. Wine grapes contain a number of compounds that give wines their distinct flavor. Muscat grapes have been found to have high concentrations of antioxidant flavonoids, in quantities as high as many varieties of red grapes. This means that the possible beneficial effects of red wine consumptions may also be present in Muscat wines. With its spicy finish, this wine is well suited for Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine. It also pairs well with fruit-based desserts.
