Big Hart Distillery

One thing we believe make our spirits distinct is the water we use during proofing.  Our water in Hart comes from a large underground aquifer and is not treated or filtered.  The unique mineral content adds a sweetness and depth of flavor that we feel sets us apart.  We hope you enjoy all of our spirits in your favorite cocktails, over ice or neat.

Big Hart Vodka

Distilled 5 times using a mix of premium potatoes this vodka is clean, clear and smooth.  With hints of citrus and white pepper it is a perfect piece for your favorite cocktail or all by itself.

Big hart Vodka shaken with ice, house made lemon syrup and lemon juice. Strained into an ice filed rocks glass and garnished with a lemon slice.

Your Choice of Big Hart Vodka or Gin rolled with your choice of House or Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix, olive and pickle brine a dash of tabasco and a little black pepper on top, garnished with two olives and a pickle.

Rum Cocktails

Big Hart Rum

Sugar cane and molasses are the base of our sweet and smooth rum.  Aromas and flavors of cotton candy and fresh citrus bring about thoughts of relaxing with your toes in the sand while gazing at blue waters and a delicious cocktail in your hand.

Big Hart Rum combined with orange juice and topped with grenadine.  Garnished with an orange slice and cherry.

Big Hart Apple & Cinnamon infused Rum, Fleming’s Apple Cider and lime juice poured oved ice in a copper mug and topped with ginger beer.  Garnished with a lime slice

Whiskey Cocktails

Big Hart Light Whiskey

The name “light whiskey” is sometimes misunderstood to mean lower in calories or alcohol content.  Light Whiskey actually refers to the barrels in which its aged.  Uncharred barrels are used for aging which leads to light honey color.  You also get aromas of fresh cut wood in the nose along with flavors of caramel, vanilla and something akin to a fresh doughnut from the cider mill.  All of this adds up to a smooth whiskey that can be enjoyed nest, on the rocks or in your favorite cocktail.

Big Hart Bourbon

Distilled from a mix of corn, rye, malted barley and aged in new American White Oak barrels, our bourbon has the color of golden wheat along with aromas of vanilla and dark wood.  Vanilla, caramel and honey will dance on your pallet as you enjoy our bourbon in any way of your choosing.

Your choice of Big Hart Bourbon or Light Whiskey stirred with a muddled an orange slice and cherry, sugar and Angostura bitters. Strained into an ice filled rocks glass and garnished with a cherry and orange peel.

Manhattan $12

Your choice of Big Hart Bourbon or Light Whiskey, stirred with sweet vermouth, Angostura bitters and ice. Strained into a chilled cocktail glass and garnished with a cherry.

Maple Old Fashioned

Your choice of Big Hart Bourbon or House Whiskey shaken with a muddled an orange slice, cherry,

Maple simple syrup and Angostura bitters, garnished with a cherry and orange peel.

Big Hart Gin

Fantastic botanical aromas mixed with hints of citrus are just the introduction for this 6 times distilled London Dry styled gin.            These aromas are followed by subtle flavors fresh melon and caramelized orange peel.  All of this makes for a clean and refreshing gin that can be enjoyed in any way you wish.

Big Hart Gin shaken with ice, lemon juice, house made simple syrup and Angostura bitters. Strained into an ice filled rocks glass and garnished with a lemon peel.
