Join us as we celebrate Mardi Gras with a four course dinner with each course paired with a Big Hart beer!

We have space for 30 guests and tickets are $40 each, so make sure to get yours before they’re all gone!

Tickets must be purchased in advance and you may buy them at the brewery or over the phone by calling us at 231-301-8226.

We will announce the beer pairings soon but here is the menu for the night!

First Course:
Shrimp & Grits-Creamy Grits with Garlic Cajun Shrimp.
Second Course:
Gumbo-Traditional gumbo with shrimp, Andouille sausage, Chicken and Okra.
Third Course:
Creole Pork Chop with Collard Greens-
A Pan Seared Bone In Pork Chop Topped with a Creole Tomato Sauce and Smokey Braised Collard Greens.
Dessert:
Beignet-Traditional Fried Pastry with Powdered Sugar.
